 With the exception of the Code 1 issues, there seem to be many opinions on what these buses should be numbered. Usually, the boxes come with a number...but sometimes they don't. The Ramsey Diecast Catalogue publishes a set of numbers...different from the Model Price Guide in some cases....different from the Davey/Chan EFE book in some cases....different from the number that may appear on the box. That's why I've tried to record route and fleet numbers as a means of telling these apart - and I've settled on the numbering convention used in Anne Letch's book "EFE & Corgi OOC Model Buses". What is important is that the list attempts to capture the Code 1 and 2 issues. I'm not interested in repaints. There seems to be some discussion as to the dividing line between Code 2 and Code 3...so there may be a few odd ones here and there. I'm working on the pictures...please be patient, they will all be there eventually. Please note that some of the pictures come from copyrighted sources...please do not copy them! |
